Here’s how it works

• Schedule us to provide a free or reduced cost comprehensive home assessment through Green Jobs/Green New York or the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program.
• We will inspect and assess your home’s energy performance and show you exactly where your home is wasting energy, and where you’re losing money.
• After the home assessment, we will prepare a report to identify areas where improvements can be made and develop a detailed project proposal and an estimate of project costs. Subsidies are available for income-qualified households, and Homeowners can take advantage of cash-back incentives and low interest rates.
